Good. Probably will stay somewhere else next time.
Location is good, close to center of town. Gardens are nice. Parking is close,
Feels like it needs some maintenance. Invoicing is not very good, slow and needs to be pushed. Rooms are big and a little bare

Great gardens and architecture, but nothing else I could really appreciate
The gardens are beautiful and the architecture of the facilities are amazing
The last minute cancellation, I booked with one month of anticipation, the hotel cancelled the day of saying I had to pay $2400 per day, not per 2 nights and that they didn't have a room anymore for me. Booking said it was them, the hotel said that booking never communicated my coming and that I had to pay more because booking gave me the wrong price so I had a last minute increase in price, the treatment I received when I arrived was like "who are you, are you even registered, we don't have you in the books" in a grumpy annoyed way, and the room we stayed in hasn't been updated in forever, plus it had a view of trash and a dirty wall. The chair in the room had a rusty nail sticking out and poked me hard.

To many mosquitoes in the room. You can’t sleep because of mosquitoes. To hand towels i the room. I pay cash and they never give my change back. They said they didn’t have cash so they will put it in my credit card , but they never did

Unfortunately this beautiful property has no competent management
Beautiful architecture and an interesting collection of decorative birds including black swans. A creative menu.
Sunday reception was uninformative and surly. Dinner started off well, with delicious entradas. However, main courses were inedible - how can you ruin a chicken or duck breast ? The property gives a general impression of poor management. We were particularly upset by the obvious neglect and mistreatment of caged green parrots. The worst feature is the pervasive stink of a nearby 'river' which was obviously an open sewer.
